A recent Monmouth University Poll tells us that “76 percent of Americans — including 71 percent of white people — believe that racism and discrimination is 'a big problem' in the United States." That’s a 26-percentage-point spike since 2015. We’re more aligned than ever before around the need to address racial injustice, with individuals, communities and organizations around the world raising their voices in solidarity with #blacklivesmatter.Â
